CONVERGING HUES (formerly ART SEA) is an art exhibit, workshop and tiangge rolled into one. It will be held on February 24-26, 2023 at Ali Mall, Araneta City, QC in celebration of the National Arts Month.

Application Guidelines
We are accepting submissions for exhibitors – artists and tiangge concessionaires.
Please send your portfolio/products to sell with the following for pre-qualification:
– Full Name
– Email address, phone number, and social media accounts
– Artist statement (if an artists) / store background (if concessionaires)
– Photographs of art works with its title, size, and medium / products

Once screening is done, we’ll email you the formal application form with other package details and fees.
* Artists can join as a group to share the booth/panels.

Exhibit Guidelines and other information
1. The artwork must be an original work, conceptualized and executed wholly by the artist.
2. THEME: open theme, any medium, any subject
3. There are no limit to the number of artworks you will display as long as they can fit in two (2) 4ft x 8ft panels.
– Preferred sizes: smaller sizes , 8x8in up to 18×24 inches.
4. Payment will be centralized through Ticketnet acting as cashier
– after payment to the cashier, the artwork can be hand over to the buyer after showing proof of payment
– release of payment to artists is from 2 to 4 weeks after the art fair
5. Ali Mall shall collect 30% commission for every artwork sold (with shares for TicketNET and J. Araneta Foundation. Pahiyas Art Gallery will not collect any commission)
6. Pahiyas Art Gallery has the exclusive selling rights over the artwork for the duration of the exhibit.
7. During the exhibition period, Pahiyas Art Gallery has the right to collect the 30% sales commission regardless of the manner by which the sale transaction was made or completed.
8. In case of pull out by the artist within the exhibition period, a 30% penalty based on the artwork’s published price will be collected by Pahiyas Art Gallery.
9. Payment for sold artworks shall be made to the artist once the artwork has been delivered and received by the client in good order and condition.
10. Artworks and submissions that do not comply with the requirements and right format will not be considered. All entries and artwork details are final. No corrections will be allowed during the exhibition.
11. The artist must refrain from posting the submitted artwork on social media unless withdrawn from the gallery or online.
12. Pahiyas Art Gallery and its media partners shall provide marketing and advertising materials and services to promote the event and the artworks thru online and offline channels.
13. The artist must abide by the rules and regulations of Ali Mall at all times.
14. By submitting your application, you fully understand and accept Pahiyas Art Gallery’s submission guidelines and conditions, both online and offline.
